What the app does

The Insurance Agent Assistant helps you organize client details, coverage renewals, license deadlines, errors and omissions insurance, and continuing education. You enter and check your own dates. The app does not determine your professional requirements.

Prices and paid time

Nothing renews automatically. A supported prorated Basic-to-Pro upgrade keeps the existing expiry. Renewing the same annual plan early adds 365 days to your remaining paid time. Unsupported plan changes and minimum-charge restrictions must be explained before an applicable purchase.

Storage and optional photos

Your account includes up to 150 client records, including archived clients. Record, photo and communication-log size limits apply. Photos and logos are optional and made smaller before saving. Storage is not unlimited. Extra capacity is not included or charged automatically.

Backups and recovery

Download and safely keep a separate backup at least daily and after every change. Protect the file because it contains private information. A complete backup includes records, photos, your saved profile and appearance, and manual communication notes. It excludes sign-in details, purchases and reminder connections. Recovery requires paid access, the same account and an empty workspace. It does not replace or merge saved records.

When your plan ends

Editing, restoring backups and Pro tools stop. You have 15 days to sign in, view records and download a backup. The retention period is 30 days after expiry. It does not give you an extra 15 days of access. Download what you need before access ends. Automatic deletion is currently disabled while the full removal process is reviewed.

Messages and reminders

You review and send messages yourself from your own messaging app. No automatic SMS, paid messaging, automatic sending or message import is included. Automatic reminders are not included in this preview.

Required purchase agreements

I understand that all sales are final, except where required by law.

Checking a preview box does not submit an agreement or payment. Final approved agreements must be accepted separately when purchases open. Historical purchase agreements are not rewritten.
